A BILL to amend article two, chapter sixty-four of the code
of West Virginia, one thousand nine hundred
thirty-one, as amended, by adding thereto a new
section, designated section three, relating to
authorizing the bureau for child support enforcement
to promulgate a legislative rule relating to providing
information to credit reporting agencies.
Be it enacted by the Legislature of West Virginia:
That article two, chapter sixty-four of the code of
West Virginia, one thousand nine hundred thirty-one, as
amended, be amended by adding thereto a new section,
designated section three, to read as follows:
ARTICLE 2. AUTHORIZATION FOR DEPARTMENT OF HEALTH AND HUMAN RESOURCES TO PROMULGATE LEGISLATIVE RULES.
§64-2-3. Child support enforcement division
.
The legislative rule filed in the state register on
the sixth day of August, one thousand nine hundred
ninety-nine, under the authority of section nine, article
two, chapter forty-eight-a, of this code,
relating to the
bureau for child support enforcement
(providing information
to credit reporting agencies
, 78 CSR 14), is authorized.
NOTE: The purpose of this bill is to authorize the
Bureau For Child Support Enforcement
to promulgate a
legislative rule relating to Providing Information To
Credit Reporting Agencies
